SERVICES
We provide high quality CNC plate cutting using Hi-Def Plasma and Oxy-Fuel. Our plasma tables can handle sheets up to 10ft by 50ft while our oxy-fuel tables can handle up to 8ft by 24ft. We have a good inventory on hand and can quickly access many types of steel, including A36, 44W (300W), 50W (350W), A514 (QT-100), and AR400. Every plate we use is traceable and backed by certified mill test reports.
Our drafters can help you design or modify drawings using AutoCAD.
HI-DEF PLASMA CUTTING
This cutting process uses a plasma stream to transfer energy to a conductive material. The plasma stream is formed by forcing gas through a narrow nozzle. An electric current produced by an external power supply adds energy to the gas flow to ionize it, turning it into a plasma arc.
OXY-FUEL CUTTING
Flame cutting process uses a combination of propane/acetylene and oxygen to create enough energy to melt and sever material. When material reaches its kindling temperature, an additional high-flowing stream of oxygen is released to the flame to start the cutting process.
PLATE INVENTORY
We have stock in A36, 44W (300W), 50W (350W), A514 (QT-100), and AR400 (400 BHN). We carry thicknesses from 16GA up to 6" thick. All of our material is traceable by mill test reports.
